Evaluate wins using payline patterns from left to right

Overview
Discovers all paylines dynamically from topology position tags, evaluates each payline for winning combinations, and writes per-payline and total win tags to the global entity.
Disabled Position Handling
Positions with the disabled:true tag are treated as gaps in the payline. They do not contribute to the winning combination.
Payline Discovery
Paylines are defined via topology position tags in the format:payline:CONFIGID:PAYLINEID:COL
Win Evaluation
For each payline, checks for left-to-right consecutive matching symbols. Wilds substitute for any symbol except scatter. Minimum 3 matching symbols required.
